3 leading bookmakers (Stan James, Bet365 & Paddy Power) have this morning cut the odds on Aisleyne winning Big Brother to 5/2.
This is the shortest price she has been since the entire series began in May.
One source revealed that bookmakers felt thet Pete's position is crumbling following the re-entrance of Nikki into the house. They also felt that his story last night about losing his belief in Heaven if he didnt win BB, was percieved as unauthentic and stage-managed by many viewers.
Channel 4 sources have confirmed that they blocked a forum entry yesterday which showed Pete at 33% in official votes cast with Aisleyne on 31%. Bookmakers believe these leaked figures were true and predict Pete and Aisleyne could be neck and neck in the betting come Friday morning...
