Roughly translated, it says:
PHWOAR! Who is she? Who is she? Where did you find her? PHWOAR!
Bit longwinded is Lithuanian.

I think the Lithuanian paragraph says something like this:
"Pupils development is becoming not as interesting? Someone is losing attention? 'Big Brother' suggests to leave - change the teacher. The United Kingdom watches Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace. Not lost her and becomes Lithuanian. 'Brother' knows, what she offers. Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace tries to become accustomed to the role of ordinary teacher work. Do you see the contrast? Perhaps too is such a teacher able to hold attention, and all pupils development does not become boring. Teachers still must know how to perform..."
I'm very uncertain about the translation of "Not lost her and becomes Lithuanian. 'Brother' knows, what she offers." but the rest of it sort of makes sense and fits in with the accompanying photos.
