Theres this advert on tv, i dont know if anyone has seen it, but it says'
'To know yourself is to.....'
Sorry, i have forgotten what the other bit says, Its just advertising a tv programme but everytime it comes on it reminds me of Aisleyne! Know Yourself!

I think that's a trailer for an ITV programme where celebrities go back to their roots. I had the same reaction.
